Project Cost Class C - $500,000 to $1,000,000 The MDOT SHA reserves the right to reject any and all bids. The following is a Small Business Reserve Procurements for which award will be limited to Certified Small Business vendors. Only businesses that meet the statutory requirements set forth in State Finance and Procurement Article, 14- 501 - 13-505, Annotated Code of Maryland, and are certified by the Governor Office of Small, Minority, and Women Business Affairs Small Business Reserve Program are eligible for award of a contract.
