Remodel to include the interior of the building to facilitate office space. AND 2) the remodel of the Schryver Park Restrooms located at 202 Manitou Avenue. Remodel to include adjusting restrooms to be ADA accessible. See Exhibit A and Exhibit B for further details of each project. Question Deadline 05/15/2024 at 4:00 PM MT Questions are submitted online No, Deadline to present questions deadline is time. Questions are to be addressed to the contact person. The City requires the project to be completed within 150 working days. Bonding Requirements - Performance Bond 100 % - Payment Bond 50 % The City reserves the right, if it deems such action to be in its best interests, to reject any and all Bids or to waive any irregularities or informalities therein. Any incomplete, false, or misleading information provided by any Bidder shall be grounds for rejection of each Bid.
