The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. To be eligible for award, bidders shall possess a valid State of Hawaii General Engineering Contractor License, at the time of bidding. All Request for Information (RFI) questions and Substitution Requests shall be submitted in Electronically no later than May 17, 2024, at 2:00 p.m., HST.
