Project Scope of Work: the Project Consists of Installing New Wood Flooring at the Winlock Miller Elementary School Gym at 405 Nw Benton, Winlock Wa 98596.
SCOPE OF WORK
A. After removal of existing bleachers by others, Flooring Contractor shall provide all labor,
materials, equipment, service, etc., necessary for and/or incidental to installation of new hardwood
athletic floor system.
B. Flooring Contractor shall provide new volleyball cover plates and if required install new
volleyball sleeves where designated by owner.
C. Flooring Contractor shall provide constructed ADA Compliant ramping at doorways according to
local building codes.
1. Flooring Contractor shall provide 8'' metal threshold at ramps and doorways. Requested Completion Date: Job must be completed by 05/30/2025.

For Good Cause, the Owner May Reject Any or All Proposals Upon a Written Finding That It is in the Public Interest to Do So. **Bid Notes: Any Protest or Request for Change Must Be Delivered in Writing to Michelle Jeffries, Assistant Superintendent, at Po Box 128, Winlock, WA 97596, on or Before Seven (7) Days Prior to the Due Date for Proposals. Bidsshall be opened publicly at (the next regularly scheduled board meeting) and their contents will be made public for the information of the bidder and others properly interested. The bid will not be awarded until the Procurement Officer and the applicable Department Director have had ample time to review each bid and get school board approval.
