This project is an annual program consisting of the engineering, evaluation, and strategic replacement of water distribution lines identified as a priority throughout the city. Areas listed annually are addressed based on priority and available funding. FY2024: (1) Construct Pecan Forest, Highland Terrace, Clear Creek Heights subdivisions and Boden & Bern streets; (2) Final design 10- inch water main on FM518 between (SH3 & FM270)- partially funded from SETH grant $50k; (3) If funding permits, construct Mary Lane & Tallow Forest Service Area Connection - (This is in conjunction with the Mary Ln & Tallow Forest Lift Station WW1901); (4) Lead Service Replacement (EPA LCRR Mandate) Design $22,500 & Construction $150,000. FY2025: (1) Construct 10-inch water main on FM518 between (SH3 & FM270); (2) design 16-inch waterline from Davis Rd to Signature Point; (3) If funding permits, design and construct SH3 8" WL Back feed Interconnect for W Saunders, W Wilkens, and Interurban $350,000 FY2026: (1) Construct WL from Davis Rd to Signature Pt; (2) design Landing & Countryside North subdivisions FY2027: (1) Construct Landing & Countryside North; (2) design Bay Ridge and Meadowbend Subdivisions FY2028: (1) Construct Dove Meadows and Ellis Landing subdivisions; Bay Ridge, SSH (inside gates), & Clear Creek Shores WL Replacement. Future Years: Fenwood 840ft WL; Coveside 250ft WL, & Seminole 450ft WL (North of bridge) - Replace 3" AC WL's and add loop extension The project is include in the City's 2024-2028 Capital Improvement Program (CIP) *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP).
