The City of McKinney, Texas (City) is seeking Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) from experienced civil engineering firms who can demonstrate they have the resources, experience, and qualifications to perform professional engineering services related to the design of various utility (water & wastewater) facilities identified by the City of McKinney. Submittal Deliveries: The City of McKinney cannot guarantee, due to internal mail delivery procedures, any submittals sent priority mail will be picked up from the post office by city mail employees and delivered to Procurement Services by the closing date and time. It is recommended that submittal deliveries be made either in person or via an alternate delivery method ensuring delivery to the physical address. Respondents shall bear full responsibility for ensuring the submittal is delivered to the specified location by due date and time. Late submittals will be considered as non-responsive. Question Cutoff Date: 5/23/2024 02:00 PM (CT) The City reserves the right to reject any and all submittals and to waive any informality in submittals received, deemed to be in the best interest of the City. No officer or employee of the City of McKinney shall have a financial interest, direct or indirect, in any contract with the City of McKinney.
