Saving Project...

Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Oconto, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.

As of July 2 , 2024 project was awarded to KCG Excavating, awarded amount is $762,408.50. The project consists of approximately 800 CY of excavation, 8,500 CY of borrow excavation, 5,300 CY of base course, 5,800 LF of curb and gutter and 1,800 tons of asphaltic pavement. Excavation, Sidewalks/Curbs/Gutters, Paving (Asphalt or Concrete) Completion Time Contractor cannot begin work on the project prior to June 10, 2024. Work shall be substantially completed by September 20, 2024 and final completion shall be within 14 calendar days of substantial completion. Once the contractor begins the work it shall be substantially completed within 90 calendar days. DESCRIPTION A. Work under this section requires the Contractor to provide and maintain temporary and permanent erosion and sediment control. B. The Contractor shall provide erosion and sediment control in accordance with the Erosion Control Plan for the project. C. Dewatering shall be incidental to construction and shall follow WDNR Conservation Practice Standard 1061. D. The Contractor shall install erosion control measures including but not limited to: 1. Silt fence 2. Sediment logs (temp ditch checks) 3. Clear stone bags 4. Sediment traps and basins 5. Temporary seeding 6. Tracking pads 7. Temporary diversion ditches 8. Erosion mat 9. Rip rap 10. Inlet protection
