Bids received after the above time will not be accepted. Any person requiring special accommodations shall notify the Plaquemines Parish School Board, 1484 Woodland Highway, Belle Chasse, LA 70037 (504 / 595-6305) of the types of accommodations required not less than seven (7) days before the bid opening. Bids shall be submitted in a sealed opaque envelope containing only one bid form.
