Reference Number 0000350955 Located at the Yonkers Joint Water Resource Recovery Facility 1 Fernbrook St, Yonkers, NY 10705 Removal and Di The work to be performed under this Contract consists of furnishing labor, equipment and permits for removal and disposal of dewatered sludge at the County's Yonkers Joint Water Resource Recovery Facility and disposing off site at an approved disposal site. The Contract duration is for three (3) years. The Contract may be extended by mutual consent of the Contractor and the County of Westchester for three (3) additional one-year option periods, with all prices, terms and conditions for each one-year option period remaining the same as the original contract. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a Performance Bond for thirty (30%) percent of the total contract amount.
