Historic plaster restoration; 6. Surface preparation and painting of historic plaster and wood finishes; and 7. Sensitive installation of new mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems and fixtures. Bloomfield Township seeks experienced Historic Restoration General Contractors who specialize in rough and finish carpentry restoration, door restoration, masonry restoration, plaster restoration, surface preparation and painting of historic finishes and the sensitive installation of new mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems to perform specific tasks in the restoration and rehabilitation of the Collins House to submit prequalification statement for the: Partial Restoration & Rehabilitation of the Collins House 108 Baldwin Street Bloomfield, Essex County, New Jersey.
