The contract will cover a period of one (1) year (July 1, 2024 to June 30, 2025). It can be renewed twice, for a period of one year each, following the provisions of the contract to this effect. The financial liability limit of the contract is seven hundred and fifty thousand dollars ($750,000), for a maximum period of thirty-six (36) months including possible renewals.
