Project Description: The Work includes tenant improvement for interior renovation to expand the teen area of the existing Puyallup Library located at 324 S. Meridian; Puyallup, WA 98371. The Architect's estimated range for this project is between $325,000 and $350,000. The bid bond shall have a value not less than five percent (5%) of the total amount bid All work shall achieve substantial completion within 85 calendar days of receiving a Notice to Proceed. Time extensions may be granted for rainfall days that prevent work that is already in progress. The City of Puyallup reserves the right to accept a proposal of the lowest responsible bidder, reject any or all bids, and to waive irregularities in the bid or in the bidding.
