Saving Project...

Renovation of an educational facility in Albany, New York. Working plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

Work covered under this contract includes but is not limited to: remove and replace fountain control conduit and wiring with submersible conduit and properly rated wet location conductors, repair shorts in tower lighting both at the base of the tower and reconnect to fountain automation; repair and replace any damaged or non-functioning LED lighting; replace jet valve system with VFD pump control; install new control system for lighting and pumps. All work on this Contract is to be completed within 60 calendar days, starting five (5) calendar days after the contract approval date of the Office of the State Comptroller Contractor must be able to secure material, labor & performance bonds for the full amount of their bid and should be prepared to anticipate a value in excess of $320,000 for this project. Please note that this project is exempt from Wicks Law. Security will be required for each bid in an amount not less than five (5) percent of the Total Bid. The State University of New York reserves the right to reject any or all bids
