Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Burrillville, Rhode Island. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; for paving for a bridge / tunnel; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.

The Project shall include limited site clearing, installation of a pre-fabricated pedestrian bridge walkway over Clear River providing access between boardwalk and High St Park. The project also includes demolition, removal and replacement of the adjacent boardwalk decking and railings. The Town of Burrillville reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, to waive any informality in the proposals received, and to accept the proposal that is considered to be in the best interest of the Town of Burrillville. Any request for interpretation of plans and specifications may be submitted in writing at that time. Any questions regarding the project will be accepted until Wednesday, May 15, 2024, at 4:00 pm.
