Renovation of a mixed-use development in Scott, Arkansas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field.

HRC and CMF Building Roofing (2 buildings) HRC Building: Specifications: For .60 mil TPO Roof Contractor to Provide: 1. Prospective contractor shall perform the removal of existing vent boots ridge cap. And the removal of all debris from project site. 2. Prospective contractor shall be responsible for all safety barriers like orange construction fence to keep bystanders out of work areas and at a safe distance or equivalent. 3. Prospective contractor shall be responsible for any permits that maybe required. 4. Prospective contractor shall furnish all materials, tools and labor, equipment to install new. 60 mil TPO mechanically fastened roof system with 1½ expanded polystyrene underlayment or equivalent roof Approx. (1209sq) 5. Prospective contractor shall install new 1 ½ expanded polystyrene flute fill to level up with the ribs of metal roof. 6. Prospective contractor shall mechanically fasten one layer of 1 polyisocyanurate roof insulation over the prepared surface with Firestone/Elevate mechanical heavy duty fasteners and 3 metal insulation plates or equivalent. 7. Prospective contractor shall install new treated wood nailers at the eve and rake edges to match new insulation height. 8. Prospective contractor shall install new Firestone/Elevate grey .60 mil TPO InvisiWeld mechanically fasten roof system to the purlins with purlin fasteners. 9. Prospective contractor shall install the entire roof system to meet manufacturer’s specifications and any state, county, and city building codes. 10. Prospective contractor shall install new roof vent boots/jacks. 11. Prospective contractor shall be responsible for re-sealing all roof penetrations. 12. Prospective contractor shall wrap or cover any exposed lumber with metal or aluminium trim color to best match existing trim color. 13. Prospective contractor shall work during normal park business hours. 14. Prospective contractor shall be responsible for all materials delivered and protection of during construction. 15. Prospective contractor shall be responsible for the daily clean-up and the removal of all demoliton/ constructon debris including nails and metals offsite. 16. Prospective contractor shall be responsible for removing cable or satellite dishes and no dishes shall be attached to new roof. 17. Photographs may be requested by Greg Hart during installation. 18. Prospective contractor shall be responsible for protection of building from elements during construction and the precautions to be taken to prevent damage to landscaping. 19. Park is not responsible for equipment and materials left on project site. 20. All work to be done with in (60days) from me of bid being awarded. 21. Contact Greg Hart 501.554.9704 once project is complete so final inspection can be completed Specifications: For Roof, Ridge cap and Guter Downspouts Contractor to Provide: 1. Prospective contractor shall perform the removal of existing ridge cap and any old sealant, closure under old cap. And the removal of all debris from project site. 2. Prospective contractor shall be responsible for all safety barriers like orange construction fence to keep bystanders out of work areas and at a safe distance or equivalent. 3. Prospective contractor shall be responsible for any permits that maybe required. 4. Prospective contractor shall be responsible for cleaning and preparation ensure all new vent jacks and closers seal properly. 5. Prospective contractor shall furnish all materials, tools and labor, equipment to install new ridge cap Approx. (170’ lin. Ft. ridge cap) and new closure, sealant, and fasteners. 6. The color of ridge cap shall best match existing one thats being replaced. 7. Prospective contractor shall install the new ridge cap system shall meet manufacturers specifications and any state, county, and city building codes. 8. Prospective contractor shall install new roof vent boots/jacks. Roof vent boots & flashing, color to best match existing roof. 9. Prospective contractor shall be responsible for re-sealing all roof penetrations. 10. Prospective contractor shall remove all existing downspouts and reinstall new commercial grade outlets and downspouts and protect all guters during repairs. 11. Prospective contractor shall work during normal park business hours. 12. Prospective contractor shall be responsible for all material delivered and protection of during construction. 13. Prospective 0actor shall be responsible for the daily clean-up and the removal of all demolition/ construction debris including nails and metals offsite. 14. Prospective contractor shall install ice and water shield in all valleys and roof transpirations. 15. Photographs may be requested by Greg Hart during installation. 16. Prospective contractor shall be responsible for protection 17. Park is not responsible for equipment and materials left ton project site. 18. All work shall be done with in (60days) from me of bid being awarded. 19. Contact Greg Hart 501.554.9704 once project is complete so final inspection can be completed.
