Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Rogersville, Missouri. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

The Project includes the following Work: SECTION 1 - DEMPSEY DRIVE DRAIANGE IMPROVEMENTS Dempsey Drive Drainage Improvements shall consist of the construction of approximately 975 square yards of 6" thick concrete paved ditch, 220 linear feet of 24" RCP stormwater piping, 20 linear feet of 10" gravity sewer replacement, 8" waterline lowering, 66 linear feet of 2' x 4' reinforced concrete box culvert, riprap pad, traffic control, surface replacement including concrete driveways, concrete curb and gutter, asphalt roadway replacement, and seeding along with all necessary appurtenances. SECTION 2 - MAPLEWOOD STREET DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENTS Maplewood Street Drainage Improvements shall consist of the construction of approximately 112 square yards of 6" thick concrete paved ditch, 71 linear feet of 15" x 21" arched CMP, I concrete yard inlet, connection to an existing concrete channel, surface replacement along with all necessary appurtenances. Question Deadline 05/09/2024 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by Engineer in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda delivered to all parties recorded as having received the Bidding Documents. Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered. Only questions answered by Addenda will be binding. Oral and other interpretations or clarifications will be without legal effect. Addenda may be issued to clarify, correct, supplement, or change the Bidding Documents.
