The following summary is a general guide to the scope of work. It should not be construed as a detailed list of work included in the contract. 1. Historic Lower Picnic Shelter Renovation - Removal and replacement of concrete floor slabs, remove and repair wood lintel beams, replace damaged lower portions of wood columns with new wood. Add ridge beam in Dining Hall. Replace chimney caps with new concrete cap and flashing. Tuckpoint chimney and portions of the exterior stone. Repair and repaint existing wood countertop. Replace all porcelain light fixtures, add 2 outlet boxes and paint all exposed conduit.
