Reference Number 0000351207 Job Location: Fort Collins, CO Colorado State University (CSU) is seeking firms interested in providing as-needed consulting services for Roof Design & Inspection at CSU campuses. The intent of this procurement is to establish a one-year as-needed professional services contract with the option to extend for an additional two years at CSU's discretion. Interested firms should be aware that CSU makes no guarantee of the amount of work that will be requested. Only one contract will be awarded. The contract term start date will be August 1, 2024 with possible extensions through December 30, 2027. Awarded firm should anticipate annual progress/performance update prior to annual contract extension. Services may include 3rd party roof plan review, roof condition assessment, field survey, infrared thermography survey, exploratory openings, roof design, cost estimation, construction inspection services, construction administration services, and other services related to roof designs.
