Chip Seal - Project: 20 miles on Bixby Rd Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check or cashier's check in the amount of 5% of the bid, drawn on a South Dakota bank, made payable to Perkins County or a 10% bid bond issued by a surety authorized to do business in the State of South Dakota, made payable to Perkins County, as a guarantee that such bidders will enter a contract. Include proof of Contractor's Excise Tax License and Contractor's Fuel Tax License. Proof of Insurance (General Liability & Workman's Compensation) shall be furnished by the bidder. The Board of County Commissioners reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids deemed to be in the best interest of Perkins County.
