Renovation of a medical facility in Surrey, British Columbia. Design plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.
Increase the chemotherapy capacity by expanding the existing suite to include more chemotherapy chairs. TIMELINE: Request for Proposals from qualified consultants to undertake prime/architectural consultant services for the project has closed and a preferred proponent has been chosen. The successful Proponent will act in the capacity of a Managing Consultant (Architect) for the Project, including engaging the services of all Sub-Consultants as required to provide complete consulting services for the Project, except that the Authority will engage a Prime Architect consultant and sub-consultant team. Services to be provided by the Managing Consultant and Sub-Consultants will include: architectural, mechanical, electrical, structural, code, others (if required). Further update in fall 2024. *Only architectural firms that have been prequalified by the Authority for Acute Care Projects 1M to 5M are eligible to respond to this RFP. The Authority will not consider a Proposal from a firm that is not prequalified for Acute Care Projects 1M to 5M.
