This project provides funding for renovations at River Glen Park. Project elements may include basketball court renovations such as replacing the basketball poles, backboards and nets, repairing the cracks on the basketball court surface, resurfacing and restriping the basketball court, and other minor improvements. Project is included in the City of San Jose's FY 2025-2028 Capital Improvement Program (CIP). As of April 2, 2025, information regarding a design team is not available. Staff is finalizing the consultant's service order. An award for construction services is anticipated to be made on October 21, 2025 and construction is anticipated to begin on March 30, 2026 and is anticipated to be completed on July 16, 2026.* *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP). A CIP is a financial schedule for short- and long-range projects which is updated regularly.
