Site work for a mixed-use development in Columbia, Tennessee. Completed plans call for site work for a educational facility.
Maury County Purchasing Department is currently accepting sealed bids from licensed and qualified general contractors interested in bidding on turf replacement of four (4) athletic fields at Columbia Central High School. The Owner will provide all turf-related materials. All turf-related materials are to be installed by a certified Shaw Sports Turf installer. Any bids received after be accepted. In the event MCPS must reschedule a bid opening date or time, the specifications obtained from the Maury County Purchasing Dept. shall reflect the actual date and time. Once the sealed bid envelope is submitted to Maury County the Purchasing Department will stamp the face of the envelope to authenticate the actual date and time it is received Additional doc acq note: Checks will be refunded in full to any and all Prime Bidders who return Contract Documents to Kline Swinney Associates in good condition within ten (10) days after the bid opening day A. Alternate #1 - Include the removal of the football field turf replacement scope of work at Lyndsey Nelson Stadium (Base Bid) from the scope of work. B. Alternate #1 - Include the removal of the softball field turf replacement from the scope of work. C. Alternate #2 - Include the removal of the baseball field turf replacement from the scope of work. 1.07 D
