DFCM Division Facilities and Construction and Managment 72120 Nonresidential building construction services including commercial and office building new construction services and construction services and renovation and repair services. The Loa Fish Hatchery was originally constructed in the mid 1930s. Due to age, disease, and invasive species present on-site, a new fish hatchery and accompanying buildings are needed to replace the aged and dilapidated facilities. The demolition of the site will need to take place before the hatchery can be rebuilt. The goal of the demolition project is to remove and dispose of most of the structures and infrastructure that is onsite. Construction Cost Estimate: $1,024,192 It is the sole responsibility of the contractor to ensure their bid reaches U3P before the closing date and time. There is no cost to the contractor to submit electronic bids via U3P. Bids may require the uploading of attachments. The submission of attachments containing embedded documents (i.e., zip files, .mov, wmp, and mp3 files, etc.) is prohibited. All documents should be attached as separate files.
