Purpose The purpose of this request for proposal is to enter into a contract with a qualified firm to inspect and repair and/or replace exterior doors of buildings on the Texarkana College campus that best fit the details listed in the Scope of Work. Questions All questions must be submitted via email through the Director of Purchasing at david.nguyen@texarkanacollege.edu. Answers will be provided via return email. Scope of Work Texarkana College (TC) is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to inspect exterior doors of buildings on the main TC campus and determine to either repair and/or replace the doors and required hardware. Doors that require attention are the following: - Four (4) exterior doors in the Career Education Center. - Four (4) exterior doors in the Health Sciences Center. - Six (6) exterior doors in the Stillwell Humanities Center. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. $80,000-$100,000
