Proposals will be received by the West Virginia Parkways Authority for: Operation and Maintenance of Electric Vehicle Charging Stations at Three (3) West Virginia Turnpike Travel Plazas Bluestone Travel Plaza - MP 18 Northbound in Mercer County - 12 Spaces Beckley Travel Plaza - MP 45 Northbound & Southbound in Raleigh County - 16 Spaces Morton Travel Plaza - MP 72 Northbound in Kanawha County - 12 Spaces All questions and inquiries concerning this RFP must be in writing and submitted electronically to the project engineer of record at the email address below. Acknowledgement of receipt will be provided within one business day and written responses shared with all interested parties. All bids submitted by bidders who have been debarred or declared ineligible by the Director of the Purchasing Division shall be rejected. The Authority reserves the right to reject any and all Proposals submitted, and to waive any or all formalities in bidding, as it may deem in its best interest. The Authority strongly encourages Minority Owned and Women Owned businesses to submit proposals for this contract. The WVPA is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
