Principal Items of work for this project are demolition of masonry wall for new entryway, installation of new entryway, installation of new exterior door, jam and header, wood-framing of interior walls with cement board backer, new gypsum board suspended ceiling, new interior finishes and fixtures throughout, including floor and wall tile, installation of plumbing and electrical fixtures and modification of ductwork. Site work to include grinding and refinishing of existing concrete slab. The MBE goal is 32% and WBE goal is 10%.
