Renovation of an educational facility in Halifax, Nova Scotia. Working plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Renovation work in the Dockside Dining Hall, located in the Link Building of Saint Mary's University, Halifax, Nova Scotia. The selected removals include demolition of some partitions, wall finishing, finish flooring, millwork, plumbing fixtures, electrical systems, etc.; The addition of new millwork, selective equipment (supply, installation, and commissioning), selective finish flooring, miscellaneous accessories, modified and new mechanical, electrical and fire protection systems, and site work. Refer to the bid specifications and drawings for the detailed requirements of this project. TIMELINE: Tender from general contractors issued in spring 2024 was subsequently cancelled by the owner. Project scope is being revised and tender and construction is tentatively planned for 2026.
