Description

Renovation of a mixed-use development in Savannah, Georgia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a swimming pool.

The scope of work for this project is the installation of pool deck surfacing at three of the City's swimming pools. All pools are outdoor pools. The scope includes demo of concrete and earth where necessary, pouring of new concrete, preparation of existing deck, and installation of pool deck surfacing. The Disadvantaged Business Employment Provisions will be evaluated and those bids found to be in compliance with the DBE Provisions shall be opened and read aloud at 1:30 PM on Tuesday, June 11, 2024. Project scheduling, coordination requirements, local disadvantaged business participation, and questions of interpretation will be addressed at this time.
