Site work, renovation and addition to a mixed-use development in Stanley, North Dakota. Completed plans call for the addition of a 39,000-square-foot elderly care / assisted living facility; and for the renovation of a medical facility.
Bid Date Change for Plumbing, HVAC and Electrical Bidders a. Revised bid due date: Wednesday June 12th at 5pm CST 2. Bid Date Remains as Friday May 31, 2024 at 5pm for all bid packages other than BP#25 - Plumbing & HVAC and BP#26 - Electrical. Mcgough Construction on Behalf of Mountrail County Medical Center (Mcmc) and Mountrail Bethel Home (Mbh) Will Be Taking Bids for the Mcmc-mbh Renovation and Additions Project. This Project Consists of Multiple Additions and Extensive Renovations to the Existing Campus to Include a New 39,000 Sf Nursing Home Addition, Hospital Renovations (New Entry, Lobby, Registration, Kitchen Remodel, Infusion Suite/pharmacy & New Mri Suite), and New (7) Apartment Assisted Living Addition. Additional Information Can Be Found Within the Bidding Documents. It is the Sole Responsibility of the Bidder to See That the Proposal is Received Before the Submission Deadline. Late Proposals Will Not Be Considered. The Owner and Mcgough Construction Reserves the Right to Reject Any and All Bids and to Waive Any Informalities & Irregularities in Bids. We will accept and respond to questions as quickly as possible up to the bid date. However, please try to have questions to McGough No later than Friday, May 24th, 2024.
