This solicitation is to provide generator preventative maintenance and repair/repair parts for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Department of Corrections, SCI Mercer, 801 Butler Pike, Mercer, PA 16150 per attachments below: The anticipated term of this contract is July 1, 2024 through June 30, 2025. The Commonwealth, with the mutual consent of the Contractor, shall have the option of four (4) one (1) year renewals to begin respectively at the expiration of the then current term, upon the same terms, covenants, and conditions, provided; however, that the Contract has not been terminated.
