The Matthews Avenue beach access seawall was compromised during Hurricane Nicole. This project will replace the damaged seawall and dune walkover and also repair and stabilize the earth behind the wall to prevent any further damage or erosion due to tidal and weather events. The County of Volusia, Public Works Department, Coastal Division is seeking a single, responsive and responsible bidder for the construction of Matthews Avenue Seawall and Beach Approach Storm Damage Repairs located at 4201 S Atlantic Avenue, New Smyrna Beach, Florida 32169. The lowest responsive and responsible bidder shall be responsible for all applicable permitting, labor, materials, equipment, tools, transportation, services, and incidentals necessary to complete all Work required by the specifications and as shown on the drawings.
