Union County, North Carolina, through Parks and Recreation, is soliciting bids from qualified firms to furnish, deliver and install playground equipment to Jesse Helms Park as outlined in this solicitation. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted in writing to the Procurement contact person listed on the cover page (vicky.watts@unioncountync.gov). Deadline for questions is May 15, 2024 at 5:00 PM local time. The County reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids, including, without limitation, nonconforming, nonresponsive, unbalanced, or conditional bids. The County also reserves the right to waive informalities and request clarification as needed.
