Multiple projects using Local Road Improvement Funds. The first project is a TRI project on 4th Ave. and includes 650 tons of 4LT or MT 58-28S hot mix asphalt (HMA). The sealed bids shall include a price per ton for material only. The second project is a TRI-D project on Eagle Ave. from 3rd Rd. to the West approximately 8080'. Work will include gravel lift, pulverize/grade/compact, regrading of ditches if needed, 3" hot mix asphalt overlay in two 1.5" lifts, shouldering and sign upgrades. Contractors are responsible for final measurements and material estimates. The Town of Westfield reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and may accept the bid most advantageous to the Town.
