The INPLPP wishes to retain, on the basis of a contract to be executed on request, the services of a general contractor, hereinafter called the Contractor, for the execution of various construction works. The objective is to meet the maintenance needs of the buildings and infrastructure under its responsibility. The contract is for a period of twelve months, twelve (12) months taking effect from the award. The contract may be renewed for two (2) additional periods of twelve (12) months, under the same terms and conditions. Each renewal option is exercised at the sole discretion of INPLPP. Renewal options are exercised automatically unless otherwise notified by the INPLPP thirty (30) days before the end of the initial term or the renewal option, where applicable.
