MBE/WBE GOAL FOR THIS CONTRACT: 10% The City anticipates issuing a notice to proceed on or about August 2024. All work is to be substantially complete by December 31st, 2024. All work is to be complete by March 31st, 2025.The time between 12/31/2024 and 3/31/2024 will be for weather dependent punch list items Questions pertaining to the drawings, plans,specifications, IFB, and/or other contract documents must be submitted in writing to the Department of Recreation & Parks by email to Jamie Schlichting, JPSchlichting@columbus.gov, through May 14th, 2024.
