Rowan County is requesting proposals from qualified firms to provide professional consulting services for all of the Capital projects over fifteen (15) million dollars. Rowan County anticipates awarding a master contract for the services required, the contract includes any current capital projects and any upcoming capital projects within Rowan County. Anticipated Award Date: After BOC Meeting on Monday, May 20, 2024 Estimated Contract Start Date Monday, June 3, 2024, The County will not be bound by or be responsible for any interpretations or conclusions drawn from this RFP. All questions or requests for clarification or additional information must be submitted in writing no later than 5:00 pm on Friday, May 3, 2024, at 5:00 PM ET. All addendums will be posted on the County website electronically and it is the responsibility of the Bidder to check for any addendums. The addenda for clarification will be posted by 5pm Monday, May 6, 2024. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time
