Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Alpharetta, Georgia. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The City of Alpharetta (City) is requesting proposals from qualified firms to provide storm structure maintenance, sidewalk and drainage repairs. This procurement is issued under the authority of the City's Procurement Policy and applicable law. The City has the authority to reject all proposals or any proposal that is non-responsive or not responsible, and to waive technicalities and informalities to award a contract that is in the best interest of the City. Questions Due Date: May 21st 2024, 12:00 PM EDT The No Communication period starts on the issue date of this RFP May 2, 2024, and lasts until the City Council meeting for contract award recommendation (or until contract award if this isn't required to go before council for approval). No person or company, their employees, representatives, agents, attorneys, etc. will contact the City's elected officials or any City staff concerning this RFP. Contacting anyone other than the Procurement Agent named below for this RFP during this time will be reason to remove a proposal from review.
