Renovation of High School Locker Rooms & Science Labs Project Description: The scope of the work includes two projects; a Locker Room Renovation (24.503) and a Science Lab Renovation (23.514). One general contractor will be selected to perform both projects. More information on each project can be found below: 24.503 - Locker Room Renovation: Renovation of existing locker rooms inclusive of (2) existing locker rooms, (2) existing shower rooms, (2) existing team rooms. (1) new training room, (1) new toilet room. Additionally, the work includes (4) new storage enclosures, and (3) new access control doors in the existing gymnasium. Approximate total area of renovation is 4,150 SF. The scope of work will include Demolition, Mechanical, Plumbing, Electrical and Architectural work. 23.514 - Science Lab Renovation: Renovation of three (3) existing science classrooms.
