Renovation of a development in Casselberry, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a development.
Electrical Installation, Aeration System Installation, and Fountain System Installation for Deer Run Club House Pond--located at: 300 Daneswood Way, Casselberry, FL 32707. Vendor shall be responsible for delivery and installation of (Scope 1) Electrical work; (Scope 2) Aeration systems; and (Scope 3) Fountain Systems at the location listed in this solicitation. Location map will be provided and described as: Deer Run Club House Pond The electrical contractor will also be responsible for obtaining all permits necessary, design, construction and installation of electrical racks and all correspondence/coordination with Florida Power and Light and Seminole County to establish power connections, inspections and coordinate with the Fountain/Aeration Vendor (F/A) vendor selected for fountain/aeration installation. The (F/A) vendor will be responsible for providing all equipment and materials necessary for the successful installation of the aeration and fountains. Project Requirements Upon completion of all shore electrical work, F/A vendor will deliver and install the fountain/aeration systems at each location, anchor in place and bring submersible power cable from fountain to control panel through electrical conduit. Upon startup, F/A vendor will make any necessary display adjustments and set time clocks to desired hours of operation. 2.2. Scope 1 - Electrical SITE#1: 300 Daneswood Way, Casselberry, FL 32707 Electrical contractor will design, construct and install an electrical rack to provide power for fountain and aeration systems at the location defined herein. The electrical contractor will be responsible for providing all equipment and materials needed to complete the electrical portion of this project. The electrical contractor will also be responsible for obtaining all permits necessary and all correspondence/coordination with Florida Power and Light and Seminole County to establish power connections, inspections and coordinate with F/A vendor selected for fountain/aeration installation. Electrical Requirements 1. Design, construct and install an electrical rack at each site for the purpose of mounting control panels, breaker panels, meter cans, etc. Design must be submitted and pre-approved by County prior to installation. Locations of these racks will be determined by the Seminole County Project Manager. 2. Underground conduit shall be provided in order to make proper connections from the power supply to the panel. The conduit from the panel to the pond is to be submerged in the water at a minimum of 10' past the bank of the pond. 3. Provide and install electrical panel at the site at a minimum of 150 amps designed for exterior application. Each site is to have a minimum of (2) 120volt electrical outlets. 4. PERMIT. The Electrical Contractor will be responsible for preparing and submitting all necessary documents for obtaining permit(s) for this project. The cost of the permit(s) shall be included in the electrical costs. 5. Bidder must be a State of Florida Certified Electrical Contractor. Certification must be provided with bid submission. Electrical panel at the site shall be a minimum of 150 amps designed for exterior application. Each site is to have a minimum of (2) 120volt electrical outlets. 2.3. Scope 2 - Aeration Systems DELIVERY, INSTALLATION AND WARRANTY OF AERATION SYSTEM Supply and install subsurface systems at the following location: SITE#1: 300 Daneswood Way, Casselberry, FL 32707 Systems must operate using shore-mounted compressor that will deliver air to flexible membrane diffusers, located on the lake bottom, via 1/2-inch self-weighted tubing. Upon completion of all shore electrical work, F/A vendor will deliver and install the subsurface aeration systems into the pond, anchor in place and bring submersible power cable from fountain to control panel through electrical conduit. Upon startup, F/A vendor will make any necessary adjustments. Diffuser station must consist of two to six self-cleaning flexible membrane diffusers. Each diffuser station base unit will be made of powder-coated stainless steel and include an adjustable diffuser riser to accommodate site requirements. Airline tubing must be weighted. Cabinets will include powder coated aluminum with an attractive finish, a disconnect switch, heavy duty/light weight mounting grid and anchored on level ground to a concrete slab. DELIVERABLE of WARRANTIES: Provide a complete set of Warranty Specifications in accordance with the breakdown in the Scope of Work upon completion of project. Vendor shall warrant aeration systems to be free from defects and workmanship for a period of 3 years for on shore equipment consisting of compressor cabinet, compressors, cooling fans, soundproofing, and valve manifold, 3 years for cabinets, 5 years for air stations/diffusers, and 15-year warranty on supplied self-weighted airline tubing. 1-year labor warranty. SITE#1/ 300 Daneswood Way, Casselberry, FL 32707 4 air stations (2 self-cleaning membraned disks per air station) System Wired 115 Volt, with up to 19,300 GPM pumping capacity. Include compressor cabinet sound dampening kit. Preferred manufacturer of aeration units to be Aqua Master or approved equal. 2.4. Scope 3 - Fountain Systems DELIVERY, INSTALLATION AND WARRANTY OF FOUNTAIN SYSTEMS Supply and install fountain systems at Site #1 F/A vendor will provide and install fountain(s) into lakes/pond, anchor in place and bring submersible power cable from fountain to control panel through electrical conduit. Upon startup, F/A vendor will make any necessary display adjustments and set time clocks to desired hours of operation. Control panel must be anchored on level ground to a concrete slab. DELIVERABLE of WARRANTIES: Provide a complete set of Warranty Specifications in accordance with the breakdown in the Scope of Work upon completion of project. WARRANTY: F/A Vendor warrants fountain to be free from defects and workmanship for a period of four (4) years from receipt, lighting system two (2) years and controls for one (1) year. One (1) year labor warranty. SITE# 1: 5 HP, Two tiered vertical fountain display with center vertical stream (18ft height) surrounded by arc display (10ft height), 230 VOLT 1 phase. Includes UL listed fountain and LED lighting. Control panel, (3) 43W white LED lighting package and 300ft of submersible power cable (8/4 gauge- fountain, 12/3ga - lights). Preferred manufacturer of fountains would be Vertex or approved equal. SITE#1/ 300 Daneswood Way, Casselberry, FL 32707 Question Submission Deadline: May 22, 2024, 5:00pm Written requests shall be submitted via the COUNTY'S e-Procurement Portal The COUNTY.
