Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Winnipeg, Manitoba. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
RRC Polytech is soliciting quotes for concrete repair and asphalt resurfacing for our Notre Dame Campus (NDC) West parking lots. The lots are currently spalling significantly. RRC Polytech intends to extend the life of these lots by 15-20 years with this project. Included in this project is the repair and resurfacing of Lorimer Lane and the widening of the active transportation pathway to accommodate two-way traffic. This roadway is the entrance to the west parking lots. There are drainage concerns in the NW corner that may require levelling of the roadway. The timeline for completion of this work is August 15, 2024.
