Scope of Work: 1. Remove all existing carpet/tack strip and padding in each apartment. Haul off site. 2. Remove existing underlayment and sheet vinyl from all kitchen areas. This is for upstairs apts only. First floor is concrete. 3. Move/replace all furniture as needed in apts. 4. Install new LVP in living room, bedroom, kitchen and closets 5. Flooring shall be 7" wide SPC click lock floating LVP with 12 mil wear surface and attached pad. Overall thickness to be 4.7mm with pad. Color to be selected by APSU. 6. All transition strips to be replaced as part of this job. 7. Install all new primed white quarter round in all areas. 8. Contractor responsible for moving all furniture. 9. Dates for work: May 17- June 21, 2024.
