The work to be performed under this contract includes placement of Calcium Chloride pellets on various Johnson County roads in June of 2024. Each Bidder shall file with their Bid a cashier's check, certified check, or a Bid Bond in accordance with the Contract Documents in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total bid. The Bidder to whom a Contract is awarded will be required to furnish a Performance Bond and Labor and Materials Payment Bond guaranteeing faithful performance and payment for labor and materials in the performance of the Work. No Bid may be withdrawn within a period of thirty (30) days after the date Bids are received. The Johnson County Board of County Commissioners reserves the right to reject any or all Bids and to waive any informalities or irregularities therein.
