These items shall consist of the removal of deteriorated concrete pavement slabs or joints, the replacement of subbase, and the installation of all dowels / bars / hook bolts, contraction joints, curbing and concrete at locations on various streets as directed by the Engineer. In the event that there are other obstructions on, in, or near the deteriorated concrete pavement slabs or joints to be removed, this item shall also include the removal and/or replacement of the obstruction (such as a tree in a tree lawn or cul-de-sac), as directed by the Engineer. The project consists of concrete repairs, and other associated work, generally located in the Plum Creek Subdivision off Sprague Rd. but may include other locations within the City of Olmsted Falls as directed by the Engineer or Service Director.
