Reference Number : 1814776 Deadline for receiving complaints: 2024-05-15 Electronically transmitted submission accepted: Yes, via the SEAO, with a document Expected duration of the contract without options (in months): 24 The purpose of this call for tenders is to obtain bids with a view to establishing a fixed annual lump sum contract for the inspection and maintenance of coolers in the various establishments of the Chaudiere Integrated Health and Social Services Center -Appalachia (CISSS-CA). The call for tenders includes the necessary, qualified and competent labor and a bank of hours for service calls at a fixed rate and in batches. This work will be carried out in compliance with the laws in force, the applicable standards in force such as Chapter V, Electricity, of the Quebec Construction Code, the CSA standard; B51-F14 - Code on boilers, pressure devices and piping and the CSA standard; B52-F13 - Code on mechanical refrigeration. At the end of each visit, the successful bidder will issue a detailed inspection report including the recommendations necessary to correct anomalies and/or deficiencies. Duration and option: The Contract expires after a period of TWO (2) years from its entry into force, unless terminated prematurely in accordance with the other provisions of the Contract. The SERVICE PROVIDER grants ONE (1) Option(s) to renew the Contract for an additional period of ONE (1) year(s). In order to take advantage of a Renewal Option, the PUBLIC ORGANIZATION must send to the SERVICE PROVIDER a notice of exercise of this Option at least THIRTY (30) days before the expiration of the initial or renewed term of the Contract.
