Demolition and site work for a water / sewer project in Los Angeles, California. Completed plans call for the demolition of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
Provide all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to retrofit building 20 janitor closet into laundry room on the second floor. Janitor closet measuring at approximately 48"x 72", but contractor must verify measurements. For bid purposes, please provide a breakdown of price for laundry room retrofit bid. This is lowest-price, technically acceptable solicitation. The work for the laundry room includes, but is not limited to the following: A. Demolish/remove mop sink, wall tiles, faucet, cabinet, wall mounted broom holders, lighting, vent fan, and floor tiles. B. Contractor will complete all the remaining work in new laundry room, including: 1) Repair or replace any damaged drywall. 2) Primer and paint all walls and ceiling with government supplied paint. 3) Install new plumbing of hot and cold-water lines for washing machine. 4) Provide drain line for washing machine. 5) Mount a place washer/ dryer in closet. 6) Complete all electrical work required to energize washer and dryer. 7) Install new exhaust line to vent outside of building. 8) Install New LED lighting and light switch. 9) Replace any GFCI outlets. 10) All equipment will be installed as per industry standard and will require an operational test witnessed by the COR prior to project completion. C. Contractor will provide all tools and consumables. 1.02 LOCATION: Project site is located at Building 20, US Coast Guard Base Los Angeles Long Beach, 1001 South Seaside Avenue, San Pedro, CA 90731.
