ACTIVITY I.D. 06-2024-009 Organization No C038EG Additional information regarding addenda, plan holders, bid tabulations, etc. can be found on the Engineering Department web site at www.dsm.city/projectbidinformation. The improvement includes furnishing labor, equipment and materials for the removal of existing Portland Cement Concrete (PCC) pavement, prepare subgrade/subbase, construct new pavement with seven (7) inches of Roller Compacted Concrete (RCC), and replace sections of Portland Cement Concrete (PCC) curb and gutter, all in accordance with the contract documents along Twana Drive from west of 48th Street to east of 50th Street and other locations as directed by the City Engineer within the City of Des Moines, Iowa . Engineer's Construction Estimate. $160,000.00 This project shall be fully completed not later than September 15, 2024, and in accordance with the Completion Provisions. Each bidder shall accompany its bid with bid security as defined in Section 26.8 of the Iowa Code and as specified by the Jurisdiction. The City of Des Moines (Jurisdiction) reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
