The White County Board of Commissioners is requesting sealed proposals from qualified contractors to provide insulation services on the following four White County facilities. o FIRE STATION 4 1650 Westmoreland Rd Cleveland, GA 30528 o FIRE STATION 5 380 Shoal Creek Church Rd Cleveland, GA 30528 o FIRE STATION 6 6449 US 129 Cleveland, GA 30528 o FIRE STATION 7 4149 HWY 356 Sautee-Nacoochee, GA 30571. All of the above mentioned Facilities will need insulation in the ceilings. White County Board of Commissioners is requesting proposals on spraying 2 inches of closed cell foam to repair the failing insulation on the ceilings. There is an area in Station 5 where there is sheet rock in the upstairs and staircase, that will have to be torn out, then replaced after the insulation is installed. Proposals will need to include in the pricing, removal of bad insulation, spraying new foam, removal of sheet rock and reinstalling new sheetrock, and disposing of all debris. All debris on all of the facilities will need to be removed and hauled away by the contractor that is awarded the job. Upon completion of repairs facilities must be neat and clean from any and all debris or materials related to the insulation project. All other work and materials to do the complete job must be included in the bid.
