The Project involves clearing and removing approximately 0.4 acres of existing vegetation within the western right-of-way of Turnback Road. All work must meet current Pennsylvania Department of Transportation Specifications Form 408 and its supplements. A certified check or bank draft, payable to Brady Township, or negotiable U.S. Government Bonds (at par value), or a satisfactory Bid Bond executed by the Bidder and an acceptable surety, in an amount equal to ten (10) percent of the total of the Bid shall be submitted with each Bid. Construction Performance and Payment Bonds are required in the amount of one-hundred (100) percent of the Contract as awarded. The Brady Township Board of Supervisors reserve the right to reject any or all bids, or to waive any informalities in the bidding. Brady Township is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
