The culvert will be replaced with a new 25ft clear span precast box culvert with precast beveled end sections. Approximately 275ft of roadway reconstruction will be completed on Caughdenoy Road, including the intersection with Mud Mill Road. The following Minority Business Enterprise (MBE), Women Business Enterprise (WBE), and Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Business utilization goals have been established for the project: 1) MBE Utilization Goal of 10%. 2) WBE Utilization Goal of 15%. 3) SDVOB Utilization Goal of 6%. The following EEO Employment goals have been established for the project: 1) Women Participation Goal of 6.9%. 2) Minority Participation Goal of 3.8%.
