As of this time it is unknown if and when project will rebid.** Scope Clearing and Grubbing of approximately 49.7 acres, Excavation and Compaction of approximately 404,000 CY including Offsite Disposal of Type IV Landfill Waste as required, Construction of approximately 1,300 linear feet of 72-Inch Reinforced Concrete Pipe to 10-Foot by 4-Foot Reinforced Concrete box storm sewer, and erosion control to serve Kirkwood Crossing Phase 1. A Bid bond or a certified or cashiers check, acceptable to the Owner, in an amount not less than two percent (2%) of the total amount Bid, The successful bidder must furnish a performance bond and a payment bond each in the sum of 100 percent (100%) of the Contract Price. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids and to waive all defects and irregularities in bidding or bidding process except the time for submitting a Bid.
